Return Policy for Naari Wears:
At Naari Wears, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can raise return request to us within 12 hours of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product should not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way.
- The product should be folded neatly and packed securely in its original packaging.
- The product should not be used for a long period of time after delivery. We reserve the right to reject any return request if we find evidence of excessive wear and tear.
- The product's return request should be emailed to infonaariwears@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery, with the following details: order number, product name, reason for return, and registered contact number.
- The product should be shipped back to us at your own cost and risk, using a reliable courier service. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
- The product should reach us within 10 days of your return request. We will not accept any return that is delayed or misplaced.
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 15 days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note that we may deduct the original shipping charges and any applicable taxes from the refund amount.
