Refund Policy for Naari Wears

If you are eligible for a return, as per our return policy, you may also request a refund for the product you purchased from us. However, please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to our discretion and investigation.

To request a refund, you need to follow the same steps as for a return, as mentioned in our return policy. In addition, you need to specify that you want a refund and not an exchange or a store credit.

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will decide whether to approve or reject your refund request. We will notify you of our decision via email within 7 days of receiving the product.

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 15 days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note that we will deduct the original shipping charges and any applicable taxes from the refund amount.

If your refund request is rejected, we will inform you of the reason and offer you an alternative solution, such as an exchange or a store credit. You can either accept or decline our offer within 3 days of receiving our email. If you accept our offer, we will ship the product back to you or issue you a store credit, as per your choice. If you decline our offer, we may close your case.
